Login to your cPanel control panel and select the "Forwarders" option from under the "Mail" group of icons. Here you can enter any valid email address to forward your email to.
When you add an Email Forwarder it creates an email Alias which forwards the email to a real email account of your choice, if you create a forwarding address you do not create a real email account for it as well.
