For any domains you have registered with us you can update the nameservers from your Customer Portal account.
Please follow the instructions below to update your domain names nameservers:
- Login to your Customer Portal account.
- Under the My Services & Domains menu click on Domains Name.
- You will now see a list of domain names you have with us, locate the domain name you wish to manage and click on the Manage button.
- The next screen shows all the details for the domain name you selected above, scroll down the details to the Nameservers section.
- Replace the details currently shown in the nameserver fields with your new nameserver details. You need to enter two valid nameservers, these should be in the format ns1.domain.com/ns2.domain.com.
- Click on Save Changes once done to save you new settings.
NOTE: Please allow 24 hours for the nameserver changes to propagate globally.
If you cannot remember your password for your Customer Portal account you may use the Request a Password Reset link on the login screen to reset your account password.
