I have forgotten my FTP login details, what should I do?

If you've forgotton your FTP login detail you can view these at any time from your secure Client Area account.

Please follow the instructions below to view your FTP login details:

  1. Login to your Client Area account.

  2. Under the "My Services & Domains" menu on the left hand side click on "Services".

  3. You will now see a list of services you have with us, locate the account you wish to view the FTP login details for in the list and click on the "Manage" button.

  4. The next screen shows all the details for the service you selected above, scroll down this screen to the "FTP Login Details" to view your details.

If the password listed does not work the first time you try it you can reset the password using the "Change Password" option further down the page, this will update all passwords associated with this service.

If you cannot remember your password for your Client Area account you may use the "Request a Password Reset" link on the login screen to reset your account password.
