You can add additional FTP account from within your cPanel control panel. The additional FTP accounts can be setup allowing full access to all your directories or restrict access to a certain directory.
Please remember that any additional FTP accounts created in cPanel require a different login procedure. The login credentials should follow the following format:
- FTP Host Address: ftp.domain.com
- FTP Username: [email protected]
- FTP Password: set when you added the additional FTP account
NOTE: Replace "domain.com" with your actual account domain name.
