My contact details have changed since I signed up, what should I do?

It's important that we have up to date details for you at all times (especially your email address). If any of your contact details need changing please login to your Customer Portal where you can update the information we have on file for you.

Please follow the steps below to update your details:

Login to your Customer Portal account.

  1. Under the "My Details" menu click on "Contact Details"
  2. You will now see your current contact details
  3. Update your details as required, if you change your email address this will become the email address you need to use to login in future
  4. Once you have entered the new details click on the "Save Changes" button to confirm the details

Don't worry if you've forgotton the password for your Customer Portal account, you can use the "Request a Password Reset" link on the login screen to reset it.
