Don't worry if you've forgotton the password for your Customer Portal account, you can use the "Request a Password Reset" link on the login screen to reset it.
The password reset is done in two stages:
- Once you have submitted the reset request you will be sent an email containing a link that you must click to confirm the password reset. The link in this email is only valid for 2 hours.
- Once you have clicked the link to confirm the reset, a second email will be sent to you with your new login details.
