All our services are automatically renewed; If you signed up for a service paying with your Credit/Debit Card then we will attempt to take payment for renewals automatically on the due date of the invoice.
We send out invoice notices to the email address in your Customer Portal to remind you it's due so it's very important that you keep this up to date, throughout each stage of the renewal you will receive email confirmation, i.e. if the payment was successful or if it failed.
If you no longer require a service it's important that you cancel it prior to the due date to avoid it renewing.
