If you ever need to update your credit/debit card details or simply wish to remove it from our system, you can do so from your secure customer portal following the instructions below.
Add/Update Card Details
- Login to your Customer Portal account
- Under the "My Billing" menu click on "Manage Card Details"
- You will now see the details of the existing card we have on file and have the option to add new card details
- Enter your new card details into the form provided ensuring you select the correct type of card you are using (EG: Visa for Visa credit cards, Visa Debit for Visa debit cards, etc)
- Click on "Save Changes" to update your details
Remove Card Details
- Login to your Customer Portal account
- Under the "My Billing" menu click on "Manage Card Details"
- You will now see the details of the existing card we have on file
- Click the "Remove Card" button below the existing card details to remove the stored card details
