It's important to keep your WHOIS contact details up to date, it's part of the domain registrars terms and conditions and they can suspend or delete domains with inaccurate details.
Here's how you update your WHOIS details
- Firstly login to your secure customer portal: http://ukwebsolutionsdirect.co.uk/portal/clientarea.php
- On the right hand side you will see the sub-menus within the portal, you're looking for My Services & Domains, click on domain names
- You will now see a list of the domain names that you have with us, click the manage button
- This will bring up a list of options for the domain, at the bottom you will see Management Tools click on the Contact Information button
- You can now edit the details, when finished click the save changes button and you`re done!
