For any domain names you have registered with us you can update the whois details from your Customer Portal account.
Please follow the instructions below to update your domain names whois details:
- Login to your Customer Portal account.
- From the My Services & Domains menu click on Domain Names.
- You will now see a list of domain names you have with us, locate the domain name you wish to manage and click on the Manage button.
- The next screen shows all the details for the domain name you selected above, scroll down the page to the Management Tools section.
- Click on the Contact Information button.
- On the next screen you will see the current registrant details as held in the whois database, update the required details then click on the Save Changes button.
NOTE: The updates are sent directly to the whois database, it can take a couple of hours for these details to update and reflect in the details shown on this page.
If you cannot remember your password for your Customer Portal account you may use the Request a Password Reset link on the login screen to reset your account password.
