I have forgotten my cPanel login details, what should I do?

If you've forgotten your cPanel login detail you can view these at any time from your secure Customer Portal account.

Please follow the instructions below to view your cPanel login details:

  1. Login to your Customer Portal account.

  2. Under the "My Services & Domains" menu click on "Products & Services".

  3. You will now see a list of services you have with us, locate the account you wish to view the cPanel login details for in the list and click on the "Manage" button.

  4. The next screen shows all the details for the service you selected above, scroll down this screen to the "Login Details" to view your details.

If the password listed does not work the first time you try it you can reset the password by simply entering a new password in the fields provided and clicking "Save Changes", this will update all passwords associated with this service.

If you cannot remember your password for your Customer Portal account you may use the "Request a Password Reset" link on the login screen to reset your account password.
