How do I access my website control panel?

There are a number of ways you can access your cPanel hosting control panel, we've detailed these below for you:

Recommended

If your domain is already fully propagated to your account with us the recommended way to access your cPanel is:

http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/

Replace "yourdomain.com" with the domain name you are using with your account, this is the recommended way to access your control panel.

Strict Firewall

If your domain is already fully propagated to your account with us but you are accessing from behind a strict Firewall that is blocking the ports needed to access cPanel you can use the method below:

http://cpanel.yourdomain.com

Replace "yourdomain.com" with the domain name you are using with your account, this is the recommended way to access your control panel if you are behind a strict Firewall that blocks the ports needed to access cPanel normally.

Not Resolving

If your domain is not yet already fully propagated to your account with us you can use the method below:

http://HOSTNAME/cpanel/

Replace "HOSTNAME" with the hostname as detailed in your account activation email, this will allow you to access your control panel prior to your domain name resolving to your account. After your domain has resolved the recommended method is to use your domain name as shown above.
